OUR HR POLİCY

As Kaya Group, we regard conducting Human Resources applications with “human” and “human development” are our top priorities as essentials of production and services.

We know that “Productivity”, “profitability”, “total quality”, “customer satisfaction” and similar elements can only be achieved by employees who are open to continuous development and a structure that supports it.

In this context, personal and career development of employees is always supported and “employee satisfaction” is as important as “customer satisfaction Bu for us.
