Kaya Group, in all its activities, based on basic human rights; has adopted the concept of “Work, Security, Life” as a company policy in order to provide a healthy, safe working environment and to protect the physical and social health of its employees.

For this purpose, the written “Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System” that meets the requirements of the OHSAS 18001 standard is applied. All risks identified as threatening health and safety are managed within this system.
